Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened tea. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and reason for return.
- 2.Review Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if the product is unopened or damaged.
- 3.Ship Product
Pack the items securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the items back to us.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
